GO BUS is an on-demand BUS service, it’s a technology-based alternative to public transportation, affordable and convenient. It’s not only a service for shuttling but also a smart solution that inspires reforming public transport system in Sudan and improves people’s daily experience.
The BUS has fixed routes, fixed stations and schedules. All you need to do is book your seat (or multiple seats) in advance through the App, arrive at the designated station on time, track your BUS as it arrives and use your boarding pass to check in. It’s that simple!

Booking and ordering are both done through one single App.
For ordering a ride follow these steps:
- Select Pickup location
- Select Dropoff location
- Select payment method (cash or GO Pay)
- Confirm the request
For booking a seat on GO BUS:
- Choose service type on homepage (GO BUS)
- Select BUS route
- Select pickup and dropoff locations on the same route
- Select timeslot
- Book one or multiple seats
- Check the fare and confirm the request
You can recharge your GO Pay account through Bankak App by following these sections: Bill payment>> Transportation>> GO>> Captain/ Customer>> Enter phone number>> Enter amount>> Confirm.
Becoming a captain is too simple!
Contact our technical team for checking your eligibility and your vehicle’s suitability. These documents are required:
- A copy of your driving license
- A copy of your National ID/ Passport
- Clear photos of the inside and the outside of the vehicle
After sharing the abovementioned documents with us, our team will contact you within 48 hours for account activation, you will receive a PIN code for login.
